Jess relocated to Gladstone from Brisbane in 2023, bringing with her a wealth of experience in leadership and client care. Before transitioning into real estate, she worked for the Animal Welfare League Queensland for 12 years, where she managed an animal rehoming centre. This background helped shape her strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and compassionate approach to working with people.
Jess is passionate about property management, particularly the meaningful relationships she builds with both property owners and tenants. She believes that clear communication, trust, and consistency are the foundation of exceptional service.
Now stepping into a senior property management role, Jess is excited to lead, grow, and develop a high-performing team dedicated to delivering outstanding results and exemplary customer service.
Outside of work, Jess enjoys volunteering with the Gladstone Wildlife Group, as well as spending time at the beach, camping with her family, and exploring the beautiful Gladstone region.
